The EX4100 has 4 drive bays, so I would assume that you have two drive missing.
Have you confirmed with the client that it was definitely 3 drives as that would be unusual?
It does look like a RAID 5 was in the enclosure.
Have you checked the hex of the two drives you have to see if they are mirrored?

Hello gurus,I have received above mention my cloud wd ex4100 with 3 hdd of 6tb each .It has one hdd bad which has bad heads and clicking noise .Can i recover data from other 2 hdd .I have try ufs with 1 hdd missing but auto rebuild shows me 1 raid but no raid volume .After edit that raid config i found it shows Raid 1 .But as we can see on left panel there is raid5 content found in array .Can anybody pls help me to found raid on this device .PLs here i am attaching 2 pics.Thanks in advance as always i got response from tihs group .
