HDD 2TB Seagate Error with detect Capcity 3.86GB and Click (beep) then Stop.

I have a 2TB Seagate hard drive with the image below and it has an error that only accepts 3.86GB capacity with 2 beeps and the HDD stops spinning.
1. In "Nomal Mode" mode: both PC3000 and MRT Lab the process of powering the hard drive makes 02 beeps and then stops (I suspect the HDD reader error).
2. In "BootCode Mode" and connected to Terminal, the device begins to successfully recognize, then backup the Rom successfully. Continuing to execute in command line mode (Teminal - T), HDD error and then stopped working.
    Please help me in this case, is it possible to save the data?I have a donor HDD and can replace it  (is this risky or not, especially for Seagate). Thanks

Even i have same harddrive with same issue but even after head replacement issue didn't resolve even i am also waiting to get the solution

Did you inspect the platters ? My money is on platter damage plus heads obviously.

In terminal, or should give a message. Showing that is more important.

Sound a like typical reading heads issue (if you see FAIL Servo error entries). Needs swap in cleanroom with compatible heads. Some models have ROM locked.

Yes sir i did a head replacement with exact donor and even date code also nearest but even after not getting terminal no abnormal sound after head replacement everything was same even after head replacement

Please look carefully at the pictures and listen to the audio I sent. Maybe the problem is in the head. good plater. but in normal mode it doesn't recognize Rom and in Terminal there is a servo error.

If no abnormal sound, then high chance the preamps were compatible.

It is weird that terminal is not showing. Test terminal access with a good drive to make sure set up is good. Then test with patient drive.

Rom lock normal mode but Booting mode error servo, no command mode (even though Rom lock but Boot code mode normally still works)

The sounds is typical heads failure l, with possible disk surface damage.

Check patient heads under microscope for. Check donor heads form damage.

Put donor heads back on donor drive and test. Are they still good? If not, the likely disk damage.

Boot code mode works even only with pcb that no big deal but i am thinking of doing rom head adaptives for seagate using cap sap and rap cause donor was a good working drive.  I think this is required for these drives

I’m try. 

after i tested the donor drive works perfectly fine. I will try to replace head donor to  

hard drive error to see if there is an error or not? but in my experience with these Seagte hard drives, the success rate is usually low

Sometimes, yes, sometimes, no.

Worth trying anyway just to rule out.

There are two different issues here as someone has stolen the thread for their own purposes which just serves to confuse. One spins, beep and shuts down which is 99% heads, the other doesn’t so may well be firmware. AFAICT neither of you have posted a terminal log which is essential in diagnosing the problem.

this is my terminal Screenshot: drive spins up 2 times gives error in the terminal and spins down. Issue is the same before head replacement and even after replacing now and 3.86 gb

I don't get anything by stealing thread from anyone and I'm not here to confuse this group is for helping and sharing experiences from everybody if possible try helping if not don't ..
