hello   everyone   my  pc3k  adapter   have  problem                                           in  this  adapter  M.2     ssd     is  working   but  NVME  ssd  not  working   anyone  have   solution

This makes no sense. Are you saying that an m.2 SATA SSD is working, but
not m.2 NVMe. Or are you saying that PC3000 Portable can detect the
presence of the adapter but not the SSD attached to it?

Can you show us a photo of both sides of the adapter, without the SSD?

The device Is pretty recent

you'd better anyway ask firstly to Acelab

either if you don't have an active support subscription 

they will reply for sure

open a ticket ( if you do have a subscription , use the unique option available) on the support portal

I would that at first instance 

then let's see

Yes, I have an idea, but you need to show me both sides of the adapter. I expect there will be two ICs which are associated with pins 1 and 2 of the SATA power connector. These two ICs communicate with the portable unit.
