Looks like professional video.
Are you getting filenames or just raw?
Does any of it play?
Do you have a good sample that plays ?
You may need a special code to Play.
If you scan for all file types then false positives may truncate the file.
Try treasured.

Try Klennet Carver. This tool tries to intelligently reassemble fragmented AV files.

I also had a case with a card full of .MXF files than had to be recovered.

I had a few known good files to look at and noticed this:

Files are starting like this in the first sector

0x0000 06 0E 2B 34 02 05 01 01 0D 01 02 01 01 02 04 00 ..+4............
0x0010 83 00 00 98 00 01 00 03 00 00 02 00 00 00 00 00 ƒ..˜............
0x0020 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 ................

And are ending like this in the last sector.

0x0000 06 0E 2B 34 02 05 01 01 0D 01 02 01 01 11 01 00 ..+4............
0x0010 83 00 00 1C 00 00 00 02 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 ƒ...............
0x0020 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 02 27 12 00 00 00 00 30 .........'.....0
0x0030 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 ................

I used this grep to search in the first place for the known good files to see if it works:

@0\x06\x0E\x2B\x34\x02\x05\x01\x01\x0D\x01\x02\x01\x01

Files were found but with way less capacity than they actually were, and were not playable.

I could not find a method to carve for this file type.

Have you tried the recomanded Klennet Carver?

PhotoRec's documentation explains the file structure:

Finally, I solved the problem.

If you need any .mxf files from Sony, Nikon, Canon, etc., you can upload your card image.

We hope we can recover it.
