This was new to me so might be to you too. I just had a Hitachi HTS541075A9E680 with failed heads. We sourced a donor matching the model, part number and MLC. We got an exact match. Yet the patient drive has 4 heads, the donor has 3. The only difference in the drives is the last digit of the second line of the PCB. This is not normally relevant for a head swap, only for PCB replacement. So... if you are sourcing donor heads for this family, you might want to match the first two lines of the PCB as well just to make sure.
