This drive is from an easystore.
It was likely dropped.
No Spin.
This board is an 2060-810052
Tried a board from another 80EDAZ with a hitachi board 0b36136
Same partial ID no spin.
Doesnt sound seized....
Maybe head piezios are cracked?

Found a same board
swapped boards
customer board spins donor drive
comes ready
it even reads - however data appears encrypted.
donor board does same behavior - slight click and no spin, ready instantl.

so opened drive.
heads all radically twisted
platters look good
swapped heads
drive came ready
reading data
wahoo

Sir, what family would you choose, sir? It's AvalonRP, which PC-3000 and MRT don't support.
