WD SMR module 02 error

I received this drive that spins up sounds good but it stays in a busy state for a few minutes, then one click and that is all.

I converted it to SATA and wrote unlock ROM disable 140 and get SA access, I can read all modules except module 02 no access and module 190 partial reads.

 

Module 140 is disabled but no access to module 02, I also struggle to find donor modules for this model and is there anything else to look at if I manage to get a donor module 02 on these drives.
