Error code "RAP subfile error 2044"

Hello friends. 

I have a problem with a Seagate 2D-Brinks [7200.11]. When I turn it on, it shows this error code in the terminal "RAP subfile error 2044" and the capacity is zero.

What does this error mean? Does it refer to RAP in the ROM file?

When I send any rebuild translator code, it shows this error "DiagError 0000500D".

I have access to all the SA with SATA and serial port.

I attached all SA backups.
