Good morning. I received a 2019 Macbook Pro and an iPhone 15 that belonged to the deceased son of my customer. The iPhone comes up and says "iPhone unavailable" which I assume means they tried a password too many times and got locked out. Is there anything that can be done other than erasing everything?

Is there any way of getting around the password on the Macbook Pro? They are fairly desperate to get some of his data back but they have no clue on what password he would have used.

Thanks.

If they have an old iPhone the person had (iPhone 7 to i12) it's supported and can it's possible to find the passcode (if the device is not "unavailable" yet. With the passcode, you can maybe access the phone and find icloud account. With icloud access you can reset Macbook pw
