SSD And SQL Issue

Good afternoon. I received an SSD from a company that has an important SQL database on it. The drive appears to have been made by TeamGroup (T253A3001TOC101) and has been to at least one other company. I was able to get a nice folder structure and get to the folders where the data is stored. When I tried imaging the data it would run fine for a while and then hit a lot of bad sectors. I was able to get all of the files in the Program Files (x86)\MIcrosoft SQL Server\MSSQL12SQLEXPRESS\DATA folder.

I have two questions. 

1) I am only using a PC3K SATA connection to read this drive. Is there any way that more advanced SSD hardware would be able to clean up the errors?

2) Can the SQL database be reconstructed with all of the .mdf and .ldf files intact?

If its Teamgroup they are normally SM controllers, but they use whoever is cheapest at the time. So if it is SM then rebuilding the translater might help. That along with heating or cooling.

You don't need the LDF file, just the MDF.

However even if you get all the bads, SQL is notorious for corruption. However there are some MDF reconstruction programs out there that occasionally work if the corruption is not too bad.
