Importing the Social Graph

Hi!

I just wanted to say that I worked a bit on BP doc #2: Importing the
social graph:

the idea is basically the same as many sites do it already just that
you have to enter all your profile pages manually. With
XRDS it might become more easy. The matching is then happening based
on the profile URLs.

We might also add additional matching strategies (and move them into
DP-IMPLs and link to them maybe).
