I thought we were doing this fortnightly, not weekly?

We have started doing them weekly (I don't think this was intentional
it just started happening). A proposal was made by Trent to open the
call up into a general DataPortability Project Conference, as
attendance has been limited to 6-10 individuals.

I like the weekly calls – I think it provides some necessary momentum
and also makes sure that we are engaging outside of the chat rooms.

Perhaps we should do a Steering call every two weeks, and Project
Conferences in between?

Elias -

Yes, we were doing Steering calls every other week (which seemed
reasonable), then this legal thing hit and Brady suggested a couple
quick-hit calls (ie. last week and this as a follow-up).

IMO - We should hold the calls each week, but rotate through the
groups or projects. For example, Steering takes the first week of the
month, second is Technical, third is Evangelism, and forth is...
whatever makes sense. Also, perhaps this'll help some of the other
groups formalize around some calls (which I've heard some asking about
doing).

That way, everyone can always keep an eye on the calendar around the
same time of the week, and further refine it to their particular
group's time of the month.

It's just an idea that was bouncing around in my head over the
weekend. What do you think?

Trent, I think this sounds great. I am big fan of regular, weekly calls.

Good ideas. My only suggestion is we table this until workflow is
resolved. I say that, because I want to re-examine the actual status
of the action groups after the current discussions we are having.

But in principle - weekly calls sound good (just tabling what those
calls specifically are).

That sounds reasonable to me.
