Policy Group -
Toward the tail end of our weekly Steering Action Group
Teleconference, there was a brief discussion related to the Policy
Action Group. I'm cross-posting to this list so it's not missed by
folks not on that call.
Attendees (not all of whom participated in the Policy discussion, but
it wasn't clear who did/didn't, so I've included the full list here):
J. Trent Adams
Brett McDowell
Dan Brickley
Mary Trigiani
Drummond Reed
Chris Saad
Steve Greenberg
Brady Brim-DeForest
Phil Wolff
The short summary is:
Chris suggested: Do we need task forces around defining official "EULA
and Terms" sheets
Steve Greenberg nominated himself to:
* Form and steer a "Policy Research Task Force"
* Research existing projects and report back possible foundations
from which to build.
* Specifically: examples of good Bill of Rights AND/OR T&Cs AND/OR
Recommended boilerplate EULAs
The complete meeting notes can be found on the wiki page:

For those of you who want the full audio experience, you can listen in
(starting about 44 minutes in):

Anyone on the call, please feel free to augment my notes as
necessary. Also, someone (eg. Steve?) might want to further expand on
the notes within the Policy Action Group section of the wiki so it
doesn't get lost.
Enjoy.
