Hi,
I'd like to help in this localization work for DP.
My native language is Sinhala (Sri Lankan) and I'll be able to
contribute in translating DP content to my language.
Please give me instructions on how to start.

Excellent, thanks for volunteering Nilaksha.
The best thing to do would be to sign-up for an account on the
DataPortability Wiki: http://wiki.dataportability.org
Then, help us build out the process and procedure for translating the
documentation.
