DIY: "rel=me" Project Outreach

Has anyone been talking up the DIY: "rel=me" project?

I'm not sure what to think about the overall lack of discussion of the
project so far. It's possible I'm missing the thread, but the DIY
chatroom's silent [1], the DIY discussion list's only lukewarm [2],
and there are only a couple contributors to the DIY wiki page [3].

Bob suggested that perhaps the project has slipped under the radar and
needs to be more actively promoted. Before tossing a note out to the
general list, though, I wanted to gauge any outreach efforts already
under way.

Any suggestions?

I think this calls for an email to go out over the public list.

What do you think? Evangelism as an Action Group has been a bit dead
as of late – I think we need to start a regular teleconference meetup
time to re-engage.

What are everyone's thoughts?
