Attention: Steering members and all other interested participants of
the DataPortability Project

On Monday, the vision was tabled for a vote for the next weeks
meeting. Can you please review the current vision, and raise any
issues BEFORE the meeting, so that they can be appropriately dealt
with.

something to incorporate into the actual document.

I like it.  Simple, clear, doesn't get bogged down in side issues.

The vision statement is not a project plan.  It is the thing you use to determine whether a particular project is appropriate for us to work on.

They are necessarily broad and vague, and you want to avoid details.
