As this group has continued our work, it's become apparent that the key to what we're doing is the "Portability Policy".  The TOS and EULA are a couple of the details we'll need to work out in order to complete this work.

I propose that we rename the "TOS / EULA Work Group" to "Portability Policy" work group.  Our goals and deliverables do not change as a result of this, but I think that the name more closely matches what we're actually doing.

Good idea Steve. However, I suggest another approach.

I propose we disband the EULA task force as it's achieved it's deliverable.  What we do next is create an action group who's role is to architect and stragise our EULA work (and call that the Portability Policy Action Group). As a permanent standing committee, this makes the EULA work a core part of the DataPortability Project, and allows it to move at a faster pace.

It also means other official groups of the DataPortability recognise it's existence and authority, like the communications action group who can be delegated to do certain functions.

+++1 to calling both the group and the work "Portability Policy". It's brilliant. We want every user in the world asking every site what its Portability Policy is.

Gets my vote for best new 2010 term in the user-centric identity space.

Yep, "Portability Policy" works for me too, great catch-all that the
masses will understand such as Identity Portability and so on....
thanks.
