Has anyone looked into this request for comment on "Data Portability
and its Relationship to Broadband" sent out by the FCC?

Write bullet points under each question. We can then chop and change content and write it more formally if we need be.

The approach I am taking is looking at each question one by one and responding if I think I can add value. If not, I move to the next one.

Let's please all co-edit each others bullet points as well for style. We can focus on removing duplicates and deleting weak points early next week once we have content.
