Wouldn't it be cool if instead of having hundreds of individual
membership cards for all your different clubs you could just have one
single OpenID card.

I have about as many physical membership cards as I have logins on the
internet. Wouldn't it be great if you could use the same card to rent
a dvd, visit the gym, join a club etc etc

Perhaps you could even use your drivers license as your OpenID card in
the same way that you can use our own URL's as your OpenID.

You'd never have to fill in a membership form again either. You could
just agree to share your details.

Interesting idea Charlie and this is relevant, as ideally, I would
like to have my data stored or controlled from a central dashboard
with various applications working with it - a bit like a bank but for
data.

With your local gym connected to the internet, this could very much be
a reality.

You should perhaps contribute to the use cases in the technical action
group, as the use cases are the inspiration for how the technical
blueprint is designed.
