first,I want to add some classification on my search engine,so where
should I modify?
second,can the dataparksearch store the web source code in my
database ?

Which kind of classification do you need ?
It's possible to have basic classification using tags and categories,
see http://www.dataparksearch.org/dpsearch-subsections.en.html
Pages could be assigned a tag or gategory based on its content using
TagIf or CategoryIf command.

DataparkSearch uses its own database only to store source code of pages indexed.

Or you can use mirroring to store indexed pages in flat files, along
with headers if required.

About the classification,I want to add some buttons in my home page
for some classification,now I had adden buttons by modifying the
search.htm.But next,I don't know what I should do .

Sorry, I steel don't understand what you're trying to archive. Could

Hi,MaximeI want to add  classifications in my search engine ,so I have
adden some  columns in the "dict" table which is in the database.
The columns record the classifications ,if the web corresponds to
classifications ,then will be recorded "1". (this step have finished.)
I also have adden some options in the home page ,but I don't know how
to modify other files.

For user ,they can choose the options they want ,then push the start
button in the home page.
There will show result of classification.

The main problem is (that) I don't know how to link options which is
in the home page and other files.
