Hi I am new here, trying to do a simple API request but i for some reason could not get the response. i am getting this error when i try yo do a get or post request to  

Endpoint: https://api.octranspo1.com/v1.3/GetRouteSummaryForStop?appID=my_app_id&apiKey=my_api_key&stopNo=7659

Error: SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL: Couldn't load from 'http://192.234.223.122/ODP/OC1/Service.asmx?WSDL' : failed to load external entity "http://192.234.223.122/ODP/OC1/Service.asmx?WSDL"

if i do a curl request, i am getting, "application id is not found" but i just registered my application.
