Shapefiles

I am preparing Landuse for Navi Mumbai, but not able to find its shapefile.

Tried DIVA-GIS, not able to find for Navi Mumbai.

Few sites are redirecting to NMMC website for ward map, but it is showing server failure.

Thanks a ton, I hope it should solve my problem. How should I download the shape file from the link, I can view it but not able to see the download option.
