Local Body Election Data

Hi, 

I am looking for local body election (Gram Panchayat, Zilla Parishad) results data for 1993-2014 period. 

I know state election commissions are incharge of conducting these elections and publishing the results but most state websites have data for only the latest election cycle. Does anyone know of any data which has historical data in English for these results.
