Request: Individual-level road accident data for Goa

Hello everyone,

Is anyone aware of a source for individual, case-by-case road accident records (not aggregate/summary statistics) for Goa, covering 2021-2025? 

Ideally with:
- Date, day, and time of each accident
- Location (GPS coordinates/landmark/road name, police station jurisdiction)
- Type of accident (hit pedestrian, hit vehicle, hit object, overturned, etc.)
- Context (junction, bus stop, service road, main carriageway)
- Probable cause as recorded (overspeeding, drunk driving, wrong-side driving, signal violation, etc.)
- Vehicle type(s) involved
- Number of persons involved, injured, and killed

If anyone has access to this or can point me to the right source/contact, I'd really appreciate it.
