1991 district handbooks

Hi All, 

Does anyone know where to find the digitised district handbooks for the 1991 census? I know it used to be hosted here: http://lsi.gov.in:8081/jspui/handle/123456789/800, but the site seems to be down right now.

Yeah, those are what I have too, but there should be atleast ~440 of these and I'm wondering if any other website hosts the remaining districts.
