Information required on how to download US Census Grids

Dear Experts,

Can someone please guide me on how to download US Census Summary Grids, Summary File1 v1 2010 in ASCII format?

When I am going to this site and selecting the file formats and data required to download files; ASCII file or shapefile is not getting downloaded for me. Instead, a .xlsx sheet and a text document are getting downloaded. (Screenshot attached below.)
