BBMP Citizen Grievances Dataset

Hello all,

The BBMP (municipal corporation of Bengaluru) has an online portal for citizens to report grievances. The current version of the portal (Sahaaya 2.0) has been live since 2020. I have consolidated the grievances filed on the portal in a dataset that can be found here: https://github.com/Vonter/bbmp-citizen-grievances

The dataset includes close to 7.5 lakh grievances filed since 2020, and each grievance includes details such as Grievance Category, Grievance Date, Ward and Grievance Status. The full data dictionary is available here: https://github.com/Vonter/bbmp-citizen-grievances/blob/main/DATA.md
