data of rainfall and other water related aspects

hello everyone, is there any rainfall data available freely in websites (not gridded data) for India specifically karnataka. surface water data and stream flow data and other data's from INDIAWRIS, i am not able to get the data, it is just buffering even after keeping it for more than two days nothing came out
