Census 2011 - Population by religion missing for >50% towns and villages of Delhi

Hello,

I am looking for data on population by religion in Delhi. I want this data at the level of census wards or municipal wards. However, census 2011 has this data sparsely populated. Is there any other source of getting this spatially disaggregated data for Delhi in particular?
