Shape/geojson files for Delhi traffic maps

Hello everyone,

I am looking for the shape file and geojson file for Delhi traffic circles.

The maps are in pdf. 

Can anyone help in locating the shape/geojson files. The ward json files are available in github, but not the traffic circle/zones of Delhi.
