IOCL fuel stations and fuel prices

Hi All,

Yesterday I found that Indian Oil shows all their fuel stations on their website, along with fuel prices at each of those locations.

So naturally, I scraped them, and put them on github: https://github.com/devdattaT/IOCL_fuel_station_data

Since the prices vary everyday, it would be great if this scraping could be automated, and I tried to do that using Github Actions. 

Alas it failed; Seems like the IOCL website is geoblocked to India, and the Github Actions run on data centres in the US.

If anyone wants to help out on the automation part, that would be welcome; Meanwhile, I will try to run and push the latest data as regularly as I can.
