GPS coordinates for Hospitals, Higher Secondary Schools and Rural Agriculture Markets

Hey,

We are looking for lat-long mapping for the following infrastructure in the country for planning in a particular government scheme:

1. Hospitals
2. Higher Secondary and above educational institutions
3. Rural Agriculture Markets and Mandis

Ideally we are looking for the whole country - but it's alright if its available for certain States only.
Or if you are in the know of a certain government department/organization which has access to this information or has collected it in the recent past.

you may get it at NATMO (National Atlas and Thematic Mapping Organisation) http://www.natmo.gov.in/ . This has collected data on above mentioned infrastructure and prepared maps on district level.
