Latest sub-district shapefiles

Dear members,

Would anyone of you have the latest shapefiles for India's sub districts with an updated map of UTs of J&K and Ladakh?

Would be very helpful.

For reference, the latest LGD list reports 6807 subdistricts: https://github.com/planemad/india-local-government-directory/blob/master/administrative/3-subdistrict.csv

Dont think i've seen any shapefile with more than 6000 subdistricts, even the official maps at https://bharatmaps.gov.in/map.aspx seems to be missing lot of the new subdistricts.
