I don't know what those boundaries are, but they are not village boundaries. I had posted about them in the other thread over here: https://groups.google.com/g/datameet/c/OCDH1TzHeMQ/m/OGwWH5UwDAAJ


A better source to scrape would be: https://surveyofindia.gov.in/pages/village-boundary-data-base-of-entire-india
