Hello all!

My name is Shaonlee, and I am currently drafting a note to be shared with members of parliament. The focus is on the lack of good national statistics, the delayed Census, SECC and the slow derailment of the NSS.

I'll be very grateful for your views should you wish to share them! I will try to represent them as faithfully in this document as possible.

Best

Hi Shaonlee,
The following reports may be of some use:
c) An official assessment of the state of MP's statistical system* by a committee led by A. Kundu (former NSC member)
*In general, state DES' face much bigger challenges than Mospi. MP is perhaps the only state to have acknowledged the gravity of the problem in an official report.
Hope this helps.
Warm regards,
Pramit
