Has anyone successfully registered for an API key with eRail.in?

So eRail.in has released a set of APIs to developers at http://api.erail.in/ However, in order to register for a key, you need to send them an e-mail with details around what you're building. I was wondering whether anybody here has tried registering and has heard back from them.
