Shapefiles/Mapping for Census-level units or Municipal wards for Delhi

Hello everyone,

I am a PhD student working on Delhi. 

I am trying to calculate the population demographic variables (population, literacy rates, employment rates) from census 2011 at the municipal ward level for Delhi.

However, having read a couple of threads here, I realise that census wards and municipal wards might be different (for instance,  DMC (U) (Part) WARD NO.-0015 does not correspond to municipal ward 15). I am not sure about this. Can anyone please tell me if the "ward" column in the Primary Census Abstract for Delhi correspond to municipal wards or census wards?

So, can someone please help me with finding the resources for:

• A mapping of census level wards to municipal level wards (pre-2022 delimitation would be preferred)?
  
• Or a shape file of census level wards?
  
• And does this shape file - https://github.com/datameet/Municipal_Spatial_Data/tree/master/Delhi - belong to post-2008 and pre-2017 delimitation of municipal wards in Delhi?

Any guidance on this will be very very helpful.
