I need these for Godda District, Jharkhand. 

For land cover, I checked Bhuvan's portal but couldn't find downloadable data. It can be used as wms layers in qgis, but that won't help the analysis case I'm looking at. I also saw some MODIS data for land cover of 500m res but the raster is in HDF format and I am facing projection system issues with those datasets in QGIS. 

For soil type, I went through https://www.nbsslup.in/ but couldn't find any downloadable datasets.

Can anyone help? Thanks.

Get the classification area report for whatever, whatever district you want.
