NFHS data

Does anyone have datasets from the NFHS (National Family Health Survey)?

The data sets on their website is in PDF form, and it seems to be that if you want to download csv files then you have to fill out a form which includes an abstract of why you want the data. If they like it, they will agree to let you download it. 

Now I am just browsing through datasets to find maps to create, nothing for research purpose and all.

If someone has these, it would be great. Otherwise, I'll manually take data from PDF and convert it into csv and post on this group

We had done an interactive based on household data some time ago (https://www.livemint.com/Companies/adLQu4GdUlcKLxbfA1qIIM/Mint-District-Wealth-Tracker-Find-out-how-your-district-far.html). There is a link to our github page on the above page which has some of the district-level data in csv format.
