Voting records for state high courts or supreme court decisions

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone has seen available records of supreme court or state high court decisions. Ideally, I would like to see how each judge voted in a case.

Hi Eduardo,

I think you can find them at: https://ecourts.gov.in/ecourts_home/

I've only used these records to look at individual district court criminal cases which were decided by a single judge. In Madhya Pradesh the judgements are usually in Hindi. The interface doesn't readily lend itself to data scraping. And not all cases record the full text of the actual judgement, as opposed to just the verdict itself.
