Does anyone have access to Rajasthan's new District and Block-level shapefiles?

This map is in circulation for quite some time, but no shp file is available yet. Responsible agencies have also not worked on it. It is an approximate outline.

For districts you are likely to find this data on Openstreetmap or Wikipedia. 
Block count/names itself will be hard to find,  let alone maps. 
Tehsils might be available from the same sources mentioned above.
