District Wise shapefiles.

Hey everyone. 

I am doing a data science project for which I require shape files of every aspect of city which is prepared by municipal corporation like Land use, location of schools, hospitals, waterlines etc of district.

I tried different platforms but was unable to get the same.. Is there any way I can get these shapefiles or KMZ files for whole country.
