Electricity supply data

Hello,

Does anyone have Electricity supply data ( electricity profile of cities-% contribution from renewable (solar) and non-renewable energy sources (coal)) for Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Surat, Jaipur and Pune?. 

Any suggestion/source would be highly appreciated.
