Dishaank access

Just yesterday I was proudly telling someone that Karnataka's Dishaank app is way ahead of all other states in terms of giving citizens the ability to view all revenue parcels in the state and locate themselves vis-a-vis these parcels.

And today when I tried to launch the app, it asked to enter name, email ID and mobile number, and insists on an OTP to confirm the mobile number, but the OTP never comes!! 

Have others experienced this behaviour?
