Wasteland Map of India

Hi,

I want to extract vector polygons from wasteland map of India 2015-16 for the Kutch district.

For this, I tried using the WMS link from bhuvan to add the layer to QGIS, however, it shows me an error that the raster is not a supported data source when I try to save the layer.

Is anybody here familiar with this error? How else can I get this data?
