Yes, however, I don't think any of this data will be in open domain soon. Here's something that talks about the cartographic efforts to create new high res topo maps for about 9 states in coming months. As the article points out the focus seems to be "land record databases, police, paramilitary forces, and border security agencies". However, not sure if the new Geospatial Data guidelines mean anything here. Would love to hear if someone here has thoughts on this.
