Ground Truth data of india's/ Delhi's Land use

Hello everyone. I am a Ph.D. student and my research area is classification of satellite images using deep learning techniques. As I need ground truth data of land use land cover of my region of interest for supervised classification. i am not able to find any valid or standard ground truth data. Anybody who's research area is similar kindly help me out.

If you dont find other sources, you can try if OpenStreetMap data is useful. Check the coverage here: https://osmlanduse.org/#12/77.23059/28.64274/0/

Since its crowdsources its not quality controlled and may not be consistent. Daily updated shapefiles can be downloaded from http://download.geofabrik.de/asia/india.html

I have worked partially on the topic of your concern. Recently authored research paper on how to use Deep Learning in the classification of slums by manually created samples.

My ROI or study area is any land cover/ land use within india. I'm trying to mainly focus on semi urban areas. Standard satellite image dataset on india is not available till now so i wanted to create the dataset. Needed some suggestions and help on this.
