On a quick analysis, SBI seems to have left out some data.

 

ADR had previously published data regarding the sale and encashment of bonds (see here https://adrindia.org/content/electoral-bonds).

 

As per this summary, in April 2019, the 9^th phase of bond sale, 4681 bonds were sold, and 4067 bonds were redeemed. However, the data published now only accounts for 1335 bonds sold, whereas the redeemed bonds are 2998. So the purchase and redemption do not align. And the total bond number does not correlate with the previously available information.

Yes. 
Even in this data, there are more encashments than disbursal.

As we can see, SBI paid out ~613Cr more than it got paid. (5% mismatch.)
Some data is definitely missing.

Data before April 2019 is not there. So some of the encashment details would be for the bonds which were purchased in last week of March 2019.
