Copyright status of Bing Map derivative work.

Hello to all, 

I would like to know the copyright / restrictions of work done by me by drawing manually  over Bing maps as a background layer.
The licence is in legal language and I am not clear about it. 

I am using it as a live layer inside Autocad

Hi Naraina,

Bing maps is used on OpenStreetMap's editor too. Permission to trace over is there I think.
