Looking for Bangalore locality/neighborhood wise shapefiles

Hi, I'm looking to learn more about water-use patterns (for drinking) in Bangalore. I'm very thankful that this group has helped me to find a polygon layer (KML) that shows the most recent ward boundaries, but would anyone be able to point me towards layers of a finer spatial resolution? 

Specifically, I'm looking for any shapesfiles/GIS layers that show the boundaries of Bangalore's many localities/neighborhoods such as those shown on

https://www.commonfloor.com/sitemap/index/city/Bangalore

It seems like it exists somewhere in the world - when one searches "Benson Town" on google maps, it shows the area highlighted in a polygon, and Benson town is certainly not a ward. 

Any help is appreciated. I also heard that someone may have been working on shape file for the boundaries of each pincode in Bangalore. This would is also welcome data.
